 We conducted a conscientization programme on 22/2/2023. It was based on the topic "hazards of plastic". Debate and poster combetitions were conducted.   Initially an awareness class was done on 8c and 8D. Hannah introduce the topic, Devipriya talk about merits of plastic,Jitha introduced the demerits of plastic and me conclude the session by talking about remedial measures.  Debate was conducted on following classes by the following order.       8D -me      8C- Devipriya       8B- Hannah       9C-Jitha Topic: plastic a boon or curse. A poster making competition was done on 9B and 9C. The winners are Amritha ffom 9B and Jincy from 9C.        

 This was the last week of our teaching practise. We conducted conscientization on this week.  On monday I had 5th period. It was a revision class.  On tuesday I conducted achievement test on 8D. I got substitugion classes.   On wednesday we conducted conscientization programme.There were many substitution classes for us.  On thursday there was a debate combetition conducted at IT lab based on the topic "is tourism an advantage or not?".There was a substitution for 8D on 5th period.  Friday was our last day in the school. We express our sincere thanks to our head mistress, our mentor teachers other teachers and non teaching staffs and gave them a small treat. My children was so sad to leave me. They me chocolates, ring,hugs,kisses and their valuable feedbacks. Their eyes filled with tears when they hug me. It was an unforgettable day in my life.  Now I am waiting for the second phase of teaching practise.                 

 Innovation is creating new value and for capturing values in a new way. As part of my B Ed course, I have created a self learning material for 8th standard students. I prepared a picture book of the story "The Nightingale and The Rose" by Oscar Wilde from 8th standard English textbook. In this I used pictures that explains the main ideas and scenes of the story. I also included proper dialogues.    It was a beautiful experience in my life.. with the help of this innovative work I could enhance interest among my students.  13/2/2023- 17/2/2023 On monday I had 5th period and I provided answers from the poem "solitude". Revision class started. I got 7th and 8th period on 8D as substitution. I choose that time to interact with my students. And we got snacks from jaisy teacher.        On tuesday I got exam duty on 2nd period. I had no classes on tuesday.   On wednesday we conducted a school based activity based on the topic Exam fear. On 9c the section was handled by me abd Jitha. Students share their difficulties about exam. We provide some techniques to relieve from such anxieties. On 8D the session was handled by Devipriya and Hannah. On thursday  I had 2nd period and taught them some grammar portion. I got substitution classes for 9C. On friday I take the 7th period and deal with revision. There were some daily duties.

 There were no other special programms on this day. Children were so excited for the annual day for friday. I had 5th period on 8D. I don't have period on tuesday. I got some substitution classes for up section.          I distributed the answer sheets for students on wednesday.  And took the class. And we participated in the mid day meal programme. There was an assembly to provide the prizes for students for a combetition based on Subhash chandraboss day. Then HM provide instructions to students about annual day.            On thursday children were allowed for half day practice for annual day. We helped them for their practice. After luch break we dont have classes. We got snacks from school.     It was the annual day for Mgd school.  We had some duties. There were programms by the students. Lunch was given for all students and parents. After lunch there started official programmes. Special guests were arrived. And distributed momentoes and gifts for retiring teachers and winning

 On monday school starts with a beautiful prayer by students. I had 5th period in 8D. We participated in the mid day meal programme. As usual the school ends with national anthem.       The next day I got 6th period. Students were busy with practice for annual day. I helped them as I can.  We got snacks from the cook aunty beacause she is retired from the post after 22 years of service.        On wednesday B ed trainees have to conduct an assembly . Trainees from the 3 colleges participated in the assembly. We included a beautiful prayer, news, pledge, quiss, thought of the day etc. Our HM provided some sggestions for the students. It was a good assembly. I got the 4th period in 8D.         On thursday I got a chance to conduct diagnostic test for 8 D. I have to help them for reading and understanding the questions. I took 3rd period because 2 nd period was taken by sheeba teacher for completing her portions.Our school got new bus and it was the day for trial run.       Annual day of M
