 Our Onam celebration "Thimirthonam 2k22" was celebrated in a grand style. The large "pookalam"in the college auditorium was the main attraction. The whole students of H H M M II TRAINING COLLEGE together presented a flashmob by mixing thiruvathira and cinematic dance. It was a beautiful scene to everyone. Then house wise competions were started. Red house got first position in onam onam song and vanchipatt. Then we had onasadya. After the sadya there were many onam games. At last there had tug of war. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed a lot.

 In the third day 1 st september 2022 English and Natural science departments together celebrated "Aavanipoovarang". There were thumbi thullal, thiruvathira, onam song, skit and onam games. Every groups presented their programmes effectively.

 On the second day the programme was led by Mathematics and Social science departments. Their  programme titled "Vannonam Kandonam Pokkonam 2k22". They presented thiruvathira and different onam games.                       After the lunch break we arranged a "Vilambara ghoshayathra" with Maveli and Vamanan to invite the nearby schools to  our programme .It was a different experience and everyone enjoyed it.

 H H M M II TRAINING COLLEGE celebrated an onam week. On the first day 29th August physical science and commerce department led the programme. It was named "Sravanam 2k22". They made a beautiful pookalam. Then they presented an onam song and various onam games. 

 Art and theatre workshop was held on 27th August 2022. The class was led by Satheesh G Nair sir. It was a different experience for all of us. It was a change from the normal classroom experience. He explained about the importance of sound, body and mind for a performer and a teacher. He conducted many activate to strengthen our sound , body and mind.We created many things with a small shall. We realised that we are so creative.                         In the afternoon session sir focussed on the practical performances. We made skits based on our subject. We the English group selected a story from the 8th standard textbook. After the performances sir gave reflections and suggestions and he also provided marks. It was a fruitful day for us.

 Workshop on models of teaching was held on 17th and 19th August 2022. The session was started by Nimmi miss . She explained the definition,importance, elements and families of models of teaching. She also dealt with concept attainment model.             The second session was led by Harsha miss and she dealt with Advance organiser model. She explained all aspects of this model. Next session was took by Remya miss and she explained about constructivist model.                      In the second day the workshop was started by the explanation of Jurisprudential model by Preethi miss. After that Rana miss introduced 5E, 7E and 9E models. In the last session Dinesh sir dealt with Inquiry training model. The workshop gave us a good knowledge of teaching models.
